advised that I represent Aurora, Gold and Assoc.LLC. Your
file has been forwarded to me for review. It is my
understanding that your Obligation to Citibank
was purchased and is now being reviewed for legal action.
The total amount due my client is $8.644.11.
At this time I
have agreed to offer you a final
settlement option in the amount of $5,564.33 due
on or before January 14th upon clearance of
funds, you will be considered settled in full and account
will be updated accordingly. If payment is not made on said
date, I will forward said file to our associate counsel in
your state. They will then institute legal proceedings
against you to protect my client’s interest. Said action may
include the filing of a lien, entry of a judgment,
attachment of assets, freezing of bank accounts,
garnishment of wages, assessment of attorney fees and
other legal remedies.
